Construction example 7 of stone built villa, handmade from natural stone and 100% eco friendly :

The following stone built villa of 110 sq.m is another project including a pool, built by Exadas real estate specilists, the villa combines the traditional with the modern technique.

The plot of land was introduced by our company according to our clients according their requirements.
The villa has been designed by our team of civil engineers and architects in colloboration with the client.
Our company undertook fully the construction procedure.

Construction stages:

4)Foundation construction with reinforced steel as well as pool and basement room construction: 

5)Stone walls construction, all stone peaces have been worked by hand, electrician wiring has been incluted in the walls.

6)Completion of the stone walls and concrete roof construction including the insulation. 

 7)Electrical installations, plumbing, floors insulation... 

 8)Installation of doors and windows, kitchen, wardrobes, and general internal completion.

 9)Completion of the main house, terraces, road and  pool .
